I have "spots" floating around in my eye. Should I be worried?
It depends, if it is in sudden huge amount or do you see it intermitantly over the years.

I work on a computer all day. Can this hurt my eyes?
It can cause eye strain. In a long-term, it can lead to Age-Related Macular Degeneration.

I have a blurry vision, can you tell me what is wrong with my eyes?
Sorry, but no. It's not that we don't want to help you, but it would be irresponsible to try to diagnose your problem without examining your eyes. There can be multiple causes that can lead to a blurry vision. However, we highly recommend a full eye examination. Do call us for an appointment.

Am I old enough to wear contact lenses?
Physically, a child's eyes can tolerate contact lenses at a very young age. Even some infants are fitted with contact lenses due to eye conditions present at birth. It all voices down to your handling habits and other responsibilities. Children are naturally great contact lens wearers if they accept the responsibility for them. They typically are highly motivated to wear contacts and usually adapt well to them.

What exactly does "20/20/20 vision hygiene" mean?
20-20-20 basically denotes visual habits. It is important that to take at least a 20-second break to look away as far as 20 feet after 20 minutes of near work. Hence 20 feet, 20 seconds, 20 minutes!

What is blue filter or computer spectacles for?
Blue filter reliefs eye strain from prolonged digital device usage. Harmful light emitted from LEDs can cause Age-Related Macular Degenration (ARMD) in a long run.
